Respectful, empathetic coaching sessions will get you comfortable using your computer.  Learn to organize your photo library,  tame spam,  advanced internet search techniques,  all aspects of web publishing. I teach all aspects of Microsoft Office including Outlook.  Adobe Photoshop and open source photo editing software. Video editing.

Repair and upgrades – Hardware and Software:

Pick up and drop off service. Software conflicts, spyware, malware, virus removal. Hardware repair and upgrades.

Remote and Phone Support by prior arrangement

Just have a quick question? Established clients have access to phone and remote support. Many queries can be resolved by telephone or I can connect to your computer to demonstrate a technique or solve a problem on the spot.
